Who can get a safe 2% loan and for what amount?
✔️The loan will be available to people up to 45. y.o., who does not have and did not have an apartment, house or a cooperative right to a flat or a house.
✔️In the case of a married couple or parents of at least one common child, at least one of them will have to meet the age requirement.
✔️ The maximum loan amount that can be obtained by one person is PLN 500,000. zł.
✔️In the case of a married couple or parents with a child, the maximum loan amount is PLN 600,000. zł.
✔️The loan can be obtained for apartments from both the primary and secondary markets. There is no price limit for 1 m2 of a flat in the program.
