#Razem dla szpitali / Respiratory już pracują w 6 szpitalach w Polsce.

The second wave of the SARS-CoV-2 epidemic has arrived which is why our campaign #Razemdlaszpitali (Together for hospitals) continues and does not cease to help those infected with the virus who are most in need. We thank @VINCI and @ FondationVINCIpourlaCité for donating the necessary funds. Thanks to those funds the companies of the @VINCI Group operating in Poland could purchase six high-class ventilators necessary for Polish medics in their fight for the health and lives of patients suffering from #covid19.
Ventilators were delivered to six hospitals – in Warsaw, Kalisz, Szczecin, Gdańsk, Kraków and Bydgoszcz In the period from March to September we already helped more than 30 institutions all over Poland. Among them are hospitals, medical centres and nursing homes.

  • ‘The donated equipment is a great support for us. It will be used by patients of the Hospital Emergency Room whose inefficient respiratory systems infected with #covid19 will have to be supported. As the devices are equipped with turbines, it will be possible to use the ventilators in rooms which do not have compressed air supply systems and during patient transport. This translates into a greater functionality and wide possibilities of using the venilators donated to us,’ said Radosław Kołaciński, Director of Ludwik Perzyna Regional Polyclinical Hospital in Kalisz .
The action which we took with the support of the VINCI @FondationVINCIpourlaCité among the 12 Polish companies, i.e.: Warbud, Eurovia Polska, ATEM-Polska, Menard, ETF Polska, Soletanche Polska, Calanbau-TPI, Freyssinet Polska, VINCI Facilities Polska, VINCI Immobilier Polska, Axians Networks Poland, Remea – shows how extremely important it is to help in a crisis situation of an epidemic, both the health service and the patients – it gives them a chance and hope to fight the disease. ‘By making a donation, we want to support but also thank the doctors who watch over our health and are on the front line in the fight against #covid19,’ said Agnieszka Wąsowska, Member of the Management Board of the Foundation “Warbud – Warto Pomagać”, coordinator of the campaign.
