FOR WHOM:
✅till 35 y.o. (single)
✅no age limit for households of at least 2 people
✅for people who do not own and have never owned an apartment or single-family house
✅for families with one apartment and at least 3 children

GENERAL CONDITIONS:
✅1.5% for a 1-person and 2-person household
✅1% for a 3-person household
✅0.5% for a 4-person household
✅0% for a 5-person household

MAXIMUM AMOUNT THAT CAN BE FINANCED “Start Loan” (the loan can be taken out for any amount, but only the part described below will be on favorable terms) depending on the number of people in the household:

⭕️for a single-person household – 200.000zł
⭕️for a 2-person household – 400.000zł
⭕️for a 3-person household – 450.000zł
⭕️for a 4-person household – 500.000zł
⭕️for a 5-person household – 600.000zł

WHAT IS THIS PROGRAM❓
The interest rate is preferential for the first 10 years, repayment in decreasing installments, then equal installments.
The interest rate is a weighted average of preferential and standard loans.
