Secure loan 2%

Who can get a safe 2% loan and for what amount?
The loan will be available to people up to 45. y.o., who does not have and did not have an apartment, house or a cooperative right to a flat or a house.
In the case of a married couple or parents of at least one common child, at least one of them will have to meet the age requirement.
The maximum loan amount that can be obtained by one person is PLN 500,000. zł.
In the case of a married couple or parents with a child, the maximum loan amount is PLN 600,000. zł.
The loan can be obtained for apartments from both the primary and secondary markets. There is no price limit for 1 m2 of a flat in the program.
